For your convenience we have compiled a list of our hotel services in this compendium.

We take great pride in our standards of service and cleanliness.
Should anything not be to your satisfaction please contact reception by dialling extension nine (9).

Please be aware that all our rooms are Non-Smoking this includes vaping, and a cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply if anyone is found to be smoking or vaping in a room.

Balconies and walkways are also non-smoking areas. You will find a designated smoking area located behind the gymnasium, opposite reception.

Guest Services

 

Housekeeping

We offer daily housekeeping Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays). If you are staying over the weekend and require fresh towels or anything else, please inform reception the day prior. If you wish to opt out of housekeeping during your stay please let reception know.

Air Conditioning

Remotes can be found at the desk area.

To Cool – Ensure the snowflake symbol is displayed on the left hand side of the screen.

To Heat – Ensure the sun symbol is displayed on the left hand side of the screen.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available  from 7am to 10am every day. Hours and days of opening may vary, please contact reception.
A  room service breakfast is available; please contact reception for the menu or to order, please have orders to reception by 7pm.

Car Parking

There are no designated parking spots. In the interest of security please do not leave valuables in vehicles and ensure they are locked securely.

Check Out

Check out time is 10am; please contact reception on ext. 9 if you require a later check out. Requests are subject to availability and a fee may apply.

Fire Emergency

All rooms have smoke detectors installed, in the event of a fire alarm please assemble at the entrance of the hotel near reception.

Gymnasium

Our purpose-built gymnasium is located next to the leisure area and is available from  5am to 11pm. To gain entry please use the code 2460

 Innkeepers Liability Act

Please be aware. The NSW State Law Innkeepers Act relieves the hotels from liability for loss or damage of guest property and limits compensatory payments to a maximum of AUD $100.00.

Laundry Facilities

Washing and drying machines are located on the lower ground floor. This is a free service; hours of operation are from 9am to 8pm. Laundry powder is provided.

Mini Bar

This is recorded and replenished daily. Please record your final evening and morning usage on the list provided and present it to reception.

Pets

We do not allow pets in our rooms or any other area within the property, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if pets are found in rooms.

Reception

Reception is open from 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday. Please dial ext. 9.

For assistance outside these hours please dial 0266526388 from your mobile and follow the prompts.

 Lounge Area

We have a lounge area available with a bar where you can relax, have a drink or a light snack.

Smoking

There is a designated smoking area located behind the gymnasium.
Note that all our rooms are non-smoking including vaping, guests who are found to be smoking or vaping in rooms will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.

Swimming Pool

Located opposite reception. Open daily from 7am until 8pm.

Television

Your TV is programmed to all free to air channels. A casting option is also available whereby you can access apps on your phone.

Visitor Information

An initiative of Coffs Coast Tourism is the release of the Coffs Coast Travel App.

“No Partying & No Excessive Noise”

 Our intent as an accommodation provider, is for all guests to enjoy the comfort and facilities we offer.

 We have security patrols regularly. Any person(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their room, or exceeding the number of permitted guest’s will be asked to leave without refund and charged a $250 fee.
